Week 16.

WEEK 16 The world continues to stagnate. It's an undeniable truth, one that's more or less a constant in your lives; you can see it in the people and the Pokémon both, even after you arrive in Oreburgh City. The same blank stares and behind-the-eyes deadness that Cyrus' new world brought with it are everywhere, difficult to ignore and impossible to escape. However little the people are interested in you, however, they are still present, and with Darkrai and Cresselia having agreed to help you, that has to count for something; with both dream deities and the Lake Guardians, perhaps hope hasn't faded - perhaps spirit can still be restored to the world, as long as there's a world left to restore it to. That isn't to say, however, that the city itself holds nothing for you; there's a fair amount to see here, and a few things to explore if you're so inclined to do so; the mines in particular are open to the south, and extends far beneath the region. Take care not get lost, should you venture in. [They're huge.

His eyes go a little wide once he approaches the two of them closer, taking in the gigantic spider form the Pokemon is in now.]

I think they might be the biggest Pokemon any of us have got.

Oh no, Bosphoramus is still bigger. [ Her thirty foot rock snake. Not to mention Kazuma's Gyarados. But if we're talking bulk and weight...? ] ... Though curiously, I don't think that they weigh as much, based on the sounds of these steps. Miphanus, you're amazingly dense now, aren't you?

[ In fact to test that, Zelda reaches out to try to lift up one of the arms, which Miphanus puts limp - and she can't even bulge it. Holy shit. ]

Sure, in size, Bosphoramus might be bigger...

[But Miphanus looks like a tank. He watches Zelda attempting to lift up one of the arms with amazement.]

I guess no one's going to be arm wrestling them anytime soon.

Certainly far, far too heavy for me!

[ But then she's kinda weaksauce, so? Oh well, she grins a little bit and, ] But they are impressive, ... greatly so!

[ wait- ] Massively.

[He hesitates for a moment before brushing his hand gently against the nearest leg/arm. Just a gentle pat before he pulls away.]

You like that, or is all the praise embarrassing you?

[Because Bucky sure thinks Miphanus is awesome.]

[ The Metagross sort of shifts a bit. They're mild mannered so they don't mind, but they also aren't seeking it. If anything, they're mostly excited other people are excited and kinda want to try out their new body more. ... Speaking of as they make a sound they realize that they finally have a jaw?

Probably both, [ is what Zelda answers though. ]

[That's kind of a cute reaction, all told. He looks to Zelda once she offers her opinion, nodding a little.]

Seems like a reasonable reaction, I suppose.

[ That gives a little eyebrow arch for Miphanus who squirms a little and!!! Okay, yeah, they laugh a bit and rocks from one foot to the other. ]

Mmmhm.

[ Thud, thud. But that said, they kind of glance around and then make to retract one of the legs... ]

He's just going to watch them for a while, looking amused and charmed.]
