RECOMMENDATION. Those of you who stayed in the base last night will be left free of any Galactic interference; the grunts still seem largely too blank to care much about your presence, and it seems Saturn has given them orders to leave you alone - once in a while he kind of shoos them out of your general presence unless you tell him to stop, solely because he doesn't want to just have them standing there staring at you. However, there's one matter of business that he'll call you all into that lounge area for; nothing too terrible, just...something of a quick discussion. "I had to get in contact with Master Cyrus last night - not to inform him of anything you've done, or even notify him of your presence, but more because I imagined he would notice that the flow of time had been restarted and not driven to a halt again. I ensured he wouldn't come here in person, but just in case, you might not want to stay here more than another day or so. "Since you still aren't completely familiar with the area, I would suggest Hearthome City - it's far enough away from here that you won't be troubled with Team Galactic business, and we don't have any bases there despite the size of the city. Besides, I think it has a few things there that several of you would like. "I'd recommend going there and taking your time in leaving. I don't foresee there being a problem, but you never know." He pauses for a moment before kind of. Shifting a bit. "I still plan on being here for the next while at least; if you need to contact me, you can reach me here. For the time being, I've unlocked one of the warehouses for you; you should be able to find a crate with some of your belongings in them. Take them as you see fit." And that seems to be the end of it; feel free to spend the day here, but you might not want to stay any longer than that. [OOC: Welcome to the start of Week 18! I was just discussing the same with Rey last night. Given that there are three of them and three Commanders...it's possible Mars or Jupiter has it, if not Cyrus himself.

...There's no option there that I want anything to do with, but we've not much choice.

I'd be more willing to put money on Cyrus, just because guys like that don't like to let that sort of shit out of their sight. But he didn't have all the chains Saturn had going on when he ordered that Judgement thing, either, hell if I know why.

The tone in Saturn's voice...did it sound a bit like Cyrus' to you?

He was doing the sort of cold, detached thing, but he also said that the chain suppresses his negative emotions, so...

He definitely wasn't off like Cyrus was before he tried to kill everyone. He seemed more like himself, at least - just kind of living his best shitshow life, you know?

I can agree on that much, yes. But the shift in Cyrus' demeanor still bothers me; now I'm wondering if it's related to the chain somehow even if it wasn't present when we met him back in Celestic's ruins.

I'm just throwing out concepts to see if anything makes sense. I want to be prepared for anything, but that's practically impossible now.

Right now I'm just kind of hoping that we don't run into Cyrus anytime soon. Especially after Saturn was this much of a goddamn mess.
