Week 25.

WEEK 25

This is approximately the third week of mountain-based hell that you've been dealing with; fortunately, however, the terrain seems to change a little that you're higher up. The paths here seem deliberate rather than natural - the walk is far easier, and there are infinitely less ledges to climb up - and perhaps as a point of interest, the walls appear covered in elaborate carvings, depicting things that are likely related to the creation of the universe in some way. Triangular shapes seem to be a recurring theme, and there are a few Pokémon that you may recognize here and there - crude representation of what appear to be the Lake Guardians, as well as Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, are present; it's difficult to tell how recent they are, but they don't seem to have suffered too much wear.

Granted, what with how malleable time has proven to be around here, that doesn't necessarily mean much.

That said, it seems that your journey may be coming to an end soon; Sunday will reveal that once again, you've recovered something that once was lost, and as always, the world continues to change around you. Even so, you may want to take time to recover yourselves and prepare for the hardships ahead - and a few days into your journey, there may be further signs that you're not as alone here as you thought you were...

eudaimonikos: (I got dreams of my own)

...okay, let's just...

[Michael leans forward to try and put the berry into Forseti's hand himself.]
divinedescendant: (and you're down for the count)

[Forseti spends a moment floating there with the berry in his hand before Emmeryn goes,] You may eat it, darling.

[When Forseti's stomach mouth opens, he makes an even more unfortunate ghost noise than usual, but he just kinda places the berry in there to be swallowed up by the void. Despite the void taking up the space any teeth might be, his weird mouth definitely makes some munching sounds and motions??? That's fun.]
eudaimonikos: (but I want to make yours come true)

[personal profile] eudaimonikos 2018-11-26 07:24 pm (UTC)(link)
[Michael cackles quietly.]

Oh, nice void! He's a bit shy, isn't he?
divinedescendant: (they stole your shoes and brought you to)

[personal profile] divinedescendant 2018-11-26 07:30 pm (UTC)(link)
[children. Forseti still doesn't know what to do about all this but seems to perk up a little over the void-appreciation?!]

Oh, terribly so, but he really is just the sweetest thing. I think he simply needs some time to adapt to having so much company.
eudaimonikos: (as you can)

[personal profile] eudaimonikos 2018-11-28 02:04 am (UTC)(link)
The wild ghosts do seem to keep to themselves a lot. I don't see them hanging out with other types much. You know, once everything's to the point where people hang out again.
divinedescendant: (the bones with which you creak)

[personal profile] divinedescendant 2018-12-01 06:49 am (UTC)(link)
I suppose that makes some sense... I think the poor dear is something of an outlier even then, but he so seems to enjoy himself once he does realize how to behave. Give him a little more time to get used to all the activity and I think he will be eager to be a part of it.

[Not quite knowing what to do about being talked about like this, Forseti copes by slowly dissipating into the air. Just, gone. Always with this nonsense.]
eudaimonikos: (start over again and again)

[personal profile] eudaimonikos 2018-12-01 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, he's gone.

[Does that mean we should stop talking about him?

Nah.]

Well, he was living in these awful caves. Doesn't seem like a lively environment at the best of times.
