Week 26.

WEEK 26

The longer you remain on Spear Pillar, the more rejuvenated you feel. It's something in the very foundation of the place, everything from the ruins to the soft winds coursing through them, replenishing strength that may have been lost and fortitude that may have been shaken. There's peace to be found here, strange though it is given the task that lies before you.

As the world continues to change below you, it may be for the best to remain there for a couple of days; the Hall of Origin isn't going anywhere, after all, and you could definitely use the rest now that you're actually experiencing it. On Tuesday, however... Well, we'll see what that brings then, won't we.

CURRENT LOCATION: HALL OF ORIGIN
POKEMON AVAILABLE: NONE

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week twenty-six of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend.]

semistableman: (★ if i could do it all again)

It's been a while, Saturn.

[He's a little surprised seeing them here, considering the place.]
semistableman: (★ i would change everything)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-27 06:28 pm (UTC)(link)
[I mean.

Bucky absolutely wants him away from Cyrus but he still was kind of expecting it.]

You doing all right?
semistableman: how about that (❅ you feel this way)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-27 06:41 pm (UTC)(link)
[Yeah that's the kind of non-answer Bucky would use himself.]

Something like that. The Pokemon got a big kick out of it.
semistableman: of my own (★ never had a cherry valance)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-27 07:13 pm (UTC)(link)
[He's talking to a man who lives on a farm.]

Honestly, I thought it was pretty. Very different from anything I've seen before.
semistableman: how about that (❅ you feel this way)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-27 07:35 pm (UTC)(link)
That's true. It's impressive; in my world, discussions of the creation of the world are a lot more metaphorical than they are literal. To be honest it's been fascinating.
semistableman: (✪ maybe you're a sinner)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-28 12:51 am (UTC)(link)
I'm not a science guy but I think a bigass star exploded and all the debris from it eventually coalesced into the solar system.

[...sorry, saturn]
semistableman: how about that (❅ you feel this way)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-28 01:12 am (UTC)(link)
Oh.

You know, I heard something about a theory of how the universe was created when I was a kid, something about energy appearing out of nothing that exploded. The solar system is just a tiny part of that.

I guess that's not completely different.

There are religions, of course, I grew up religious, and they all have different stories. But the gods in 'em aren't like the gods here.
semistableman: (★ i am so homesick now for)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-28 01:22 am (UTC)(link)
Honestly, you're right. It is lonely.

Seems kind of strange looking for indirect evidence.
semistableman: of my own (★ never had a cherry valance)

[personal profile] semistableman 2018-11-28 02:24 am (UTC)(link)
[Bucky nods.]

There's something comforting about things having a concrete origin. So much of things in my own world are too vague for that.
