Week 8.
WEEK 8 Snowpoint City remains as cold and unforgiving as ever, through no fault of its residents. The city itself doesn't seem to see much change in the passing days; there's something you'll all become rather aware of on Sunday as the day goes on, and after so long with no incidents along those lines it's likely an unpleasant thing to deal with. There's also the fact that the changes to the world seem to be slowing; though the one alteration that's immediately obvious is a major one, it seems that things may be beginning to stagnate again. Will there be a slip back into apathy again, if this continues? Or will the changes you've affected already continue to hold? Only time will tell, really. That doesn't mean that nothing has changed, however - thankfully enough, the slugs seem to be settling. Or...well, more accurately, once in a while they stop huffing at each other long enough to drive up piles of snow with their heads and stare at them like they're trying to work out what they're attempting to create, but at least it's a collaborative effort. Are they attempting diplomacy? It's difficult to tell; after all, they are just slugs. But at least there seems to be a little less open hostility. Improvement...? Perhaps. The local ghost Pokémon also seem to have taken an interest in you lately, though precisely...how is a little mixed. They don't seem overly mischievous or malicious - they seem about as odd as the rest of the wild Pokémon in the region - but they do seem more inherently trusting of you and your traveling group. They've taken to following you from time to time, and taking a general vague interest in what you're doing. So that's...new. POKEMON AVAILABLE: WITHIN CITIES SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY [OOC: Welcome to week eight of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend.] |

...Okay, I don't think I've ever seen anyone lick one of those before. Did you get the idea to do that because of how Saber does things or...?

[ She responds, just a little sheepishly. That was mostly to be silly. She laughs along with him, this time pressing some more buttons at random... no response. She tries moving her hand on the monitor, but there's no response, guess it's not a touch screen?
...Oh.
Well there's this thing (the mouse) but as she goes for it, there's some flashing on the screen, in the corner. ]

[ Ventus is in approval of silly things, always.
He tilts his head as she continues to mess with the PC some more. He's actually expecting something to happen now, though, because there's no licking. ]
Oh hey, what's that?
[ He leans over to peer at the flashing to see if anything else happens with it. ]

Zelda takes a step back because- ]
I didn't press anything, I think!

[ ... ]
Do you think someone might've put that sound in there on purpose? So if anyone touched it an alarm went off?
no subject
[ Hmm! ] When I was moving this thing earlier, an arrow moves on the screen.
[ See, she moves the mouse and it's moving around a little! Maybe she should move it to that corner...? ]
no subject
[ Ventus watches intently again, kind of curious as to what might happen this time... ]

... and then the lights move. As if avoiding the arrow! She frowns and tries to catch up to it, chasing the lights around! ]
no subject
Naturally, the correct response is to... ]
Go go go! It can't get away from you for forever!
[ ...cheer her on, apparently. ]

[ She ties clicking the mouse buttons a few more times! But okay, no, that causes a square to drag? ... Weird? Okay, no, let's keep looping the arrows around and see if we can't click it. It's actually very nimble though, so it continues to dodge for some amount of time. that sound it make earlier beginning to repeat more... ]

[ ...He doesn't think so now that he's hearing it again and again. ]
Is that a Pokemon's sound?
no subject
[ She asks, still moving the cursor, but now looking back at Ven with some surprise. ]
no subject
[ He feels a little silly for suggesting it, but he can't help but think it... ]
no subject
[ Pew Pew she tries to - oh, it's quick! Wow. ]
no subject
[ Maybe there needed to be a plan...hmm, he's thinking about this for a moment. ]
What if you tried to fake the Pokemon out and then tried to get them that way? Can you do that with the pointer?
no subject
[ She motions for the mouse! He's free to try and honestly she sort of wants to study the movements of it independent of, well. Doing the movement of the cursor. ]
no subject
[ Ventus will be taking control of the mouse now. He'll be trying to go after the colors, at first a little clumsily because...hah, what is using a PC? ]
no subject
... Wow. ]
I think it is fleeing!
