with knowledge comes great responsibility
[What an absolute ordeal all of that was.
Today was certainly one hell of a day, that's for sure; they've managed to take care of another Guardian and gain it's trust (or at the very least, something resembling it), they managed to find Candice and manage to...well, maybe not get her back in a state that's altogether wanted, but ensure they managed to get her at least into a place where she could possibly regain herself. It will likely be a process, as such things are, but they've done their best, and they should have no regrets.
The center is definitely going to be a welcome reprieve for all of their suffering, at the very least. The Kompot is certainly more than enough to likely get everyone warmed back up and in a stable condition, along with the copious amount of blankets the locals have provided. They've got the time to rest and get ready for their next adventure.
Rest well, ye merry band of travelers. You've earned it.]

If you are so tired, perhaps you ought not write notes.

shootinglicking the messenger??? dude.Meanwhile, Sena flushes red in embarrassment.]
Oh, uh...sorry?
[sena.]

[ So she's... a little glad, but also a bit concerned? It's complicated. All the same, she smiles gently for him crouched down next to the bench. Her eyes are bloodshot. Her face shows a lot of other signs of crying. Still, she... yeah. ]

[That was supposed to be a noise of agreement, apparently, since he's nodding. Even with his half-baked state right now, he can see how much she's still hurting.]
Uh...i...if you have a headache or anything... [from you know. crying. crying really hard does that. he knows.] ...I've got medicine.
[he's taking headache medicine, see. he doesn't need all of it, though! he can share! really! are you feeling okay.]
no subject
... And you have an excess beyond your needed dosage?
no subject
[Give him a second. Fancy language like this needs a little extra time to pierce the fog in his brain.]
It's over the counter medicine, so...it's sold in big amounts. For storage and...stuff.
[He's not really able to say what he means by "stuff."]
no subject
...
Then she will take some. ]
It's just ingested?
no subject
[They're just pills, so.]
You take one and swallow it with water. Don't uh. Chew it or anything.
[He almost did that in his confused state. FLAVOR. THE WORST. UGH.]

Oh, great! Uh... [He knows she's not fine, but asking someone if they're okay is kinda the only way he knows how to start this kind of conversation, but...]
You, um...I think you're gonna be fine. Not now, but um. Later. [Duh.]
no subject
[ . . . That probably- no, she should ... say it more clearly. The teenager's eyes close, she inhales and she rests her hands together... ]
I will certainly be fine. Those memories are things I have borne before now, and will continue to do so.
no subject
[He leans against the window, the cool glass soothing the pounding in his head and making his thoughts a little more clear.]
I don't think you need to bear them alone, now? I mean, you ended up telling us, and...I think some of us in this group, they know that kind of pain too...
[Sena's not one of them, being an average high school boy, but...at the very least, he can support her anyway.]
So, um...we'll help you. I think.
no subject
I was never alone in carrying them. There... is Link, and Impa and Robbie and Purah.
[ . . . They're still alive, even if no one else- ] Some others too.
no subject
[Without telling them...how long was she worrying about her world, the people there on her own?]
...You were here a long time holding that, right?
[So, wouldn't that make it the more important that you have someone now? Someone to help now that these people aren't here?]
no subject
... Perhaps I was also on edge for the face that Candice's memories were taken. Beyond the morality of it, I mean... after all, Link did lose his own.
[ "May I ask, do you really remember me?" ]
no subject
[Sena's not sure what to say that. He's never dealt with memory loss, with death, with kingdoms...none of that stuff. It feels so far beyond him...if he wasn't currently in the middle of this Pokemon world, he would wonder if this was all real or not. It just feels so ethreal.
Or maybe that's just the fog in his brain making everything fuzzy.]
So...you've seen this before...
[What do you say to that?]
Um...I'd like to...hear about your friends, sometime. Link and everyone else.
no subject
[ She shifts a little in her crouch. She hums and... yes. That might be nice, to speak more of them. To gather stories about them. Link and the Champions, at least, she can tell many stories about. Her father...
It still hurts, that they ended on an argument. ]
But I would like to tell you too.
no subject
[Like making a brand new life, or so he'd think if everything wasn't so fuzzy.]
Um. I can't wait! And...and I'll tell you about everyone back home, too. Monta and Mamori-sis and Hiruma and the other Devil Bats.
[He grins, this time a little brighter than before.]
It'll be fun!
no subject
[ and it took... but that'll just spoil the fun. She shakes her head, putting a smile on, ]
I look forward to it. Hearing about your teammates and friends.
