[What an absolute ordeal all of that was.

Today was certainly one hell of a day, that's for sure; they've managed to take care of another Guardian and gain it's trust (or at the very least, something resembling it), they managed to find Candice and manage to...well, maybe not get her back in a state that's altogether wanted, but ensure they managed to get her at least into a place where she could possibly regain herself. It will likely be a process, as such things are, but they've done their best, and they should have no regrets.

The center is definitely going to be a welcome reprieve for all of their suffering, at the very least. The Kompot is certainly more than enough to likely get everyone warmed back up and in a stable condition, along with the copious amount of blankets the locals have provided. They've got the time to rest and get ready for their next adventure.

Rest well, ye merry band of travelers. You've earned it.]

...You're right. It's still been a lot to deal with, but I think hearing this kind of helped.

[ They'll get through this, he knows they will, and for everyone's sakes -- including those who were lost -- Ventus knows they will turn it all around. Even though Cyrus has alot of gods on his side.

He's not quite back to his usual, but it's allowed him to not feel so overwhelmed with what he was feeling. Still, for a moment Ventus is sure some of those words sound like something Aqua would say. ]

It's going to be a rough night, but now I think that we'll all manage. It's good we have each other to count on, because without each other I can't really imagine any of us or anyone trying this alone.

[ Except Cynthia for awhile because she did seem like she was. ]

You do have a point; the loneliness of the situation would prove quite disheartening very quickly. Between being weak, relying on your own wits, and attempting to not lose heart...it could break a person's spirit very quickly.

It really does make me wonder how Cynthia lasts in such a situation.

They've just got to face Team Galactic who has a ton of people and gods of creation or whatever on their side.

Which does make them look weak in comparison, but he doesn't accept it ...! ]

It might seem like we are now, but I don't think we're weak, we just have a lot against us -- not as much before because we helped out two Guardians and stuff, but we still have a bit to go.

[ He's smiling a little now and putting his hands behind his head. ]

I don't know how she does. She probably has like an iron will [ like Terra ] that's as strong as a Lake Guardian.

That might not be wrong, really. She's stuck with what she believes, even in a world that would want to see her emotionally dead...I suppose that much in and of itself proves her will is bordering on indomitable.

I think it's pretty amazing too...even though I've been to a lot of places before coming here, I don't think I've seen many people who were like her. Maybe one or two people.
