Arrival.

GREETINGS. Several days through the woods seems to have at least been preferable than several days through snow; it's seen several evolutions, as well as new friends joining you along the way. It's been a long trip, but not an altogether unpleasant one, and when the route through the forest finally opens up back onto open road, it's a relatively short walk to Floaroma Town. This place is much smaller than any of the cities you've been to so for; it's a tiny town in the relative middle of nowhere, surrounded by vast fields of flowers and large, open meadows. It's peaceful, for lack of a better word, and likely far more welcoming than it could have been given the recent improvements in the people lately. You'll be getting in sometime late afternoon; given that the town is so small, it seems that the people here are definitely noticing you - there are a fairly large number of you in your group, after all, especially to all be traveling together. Not like that's a bad thing; they certainly don't seem to think it is. But it is noticeable, and as such you're going to have a few people that seem...dully interested in your sudden appearance. Although it's worth noticing that not all of the people noticing your arrival are locals - there's someone here that you might want to meet eventually... [OOC: Welcome to the end of Week 9! As of this log, you'll be gaining a new party member; feel free to come say hello! No NPC response will be given to this post, though you can thread here amongst yourselves if you wish; we'll see you tomorrow at noon with a new log for your further adventures!]

[Oh hello more Pokemon...are they all really this varied? He's never seen a thing like any of them...at least his looks sort of like a crab or something.

Those are...keys? They're floating keys, yes.]

Pretty new, yeah...though I've been here in Floaroma town for a couple weeks already. I'm Nakajima Atsushi.

[ Before Ventus can say anymore though, Klefki's going to apparently float closer to the white-haired male and fly around him enthusiastically begin to try to poke at his sides with her keys. She...might be trying to see if she can make Atsushi laugh or just trying to do it just because she can. ]

--Aurora, wait a minute!

[ Apparently this is how they're starting off their first meeting... ]

Wa-hah-!!

[Atsushi jumps nearly out of his skin when the Pokemon suddenly starts poking him, and naturally it does cause him to laugh because he's a ticklish boy. Unless she's like, stabbing him with those keys, in which case it's more like startled exclamations.]

W-what's ha--aha-!! Hah-ppen-i-ing-??

[ ...Togetic looked like she found this to be funny or amusing judging by the look on her face. But finally-- ]

Aurora!

[ The Klefki finally stops and floats back over to Ventus, who's giving the Pokemon a look that doesn't even look threatening at all. Just like kind of pouty before he looks back at Atsushi, a little sheepish.

At least Klefki wasn't poking him too hard or anything and laughter happened instead. But still... ]

...Sorry about that. I think she was just really happy to see a new face.

[Atsushi is teary eyed by the time the onslaught is over, and his Wimpod has been frightened up onto his shoulder, clinging to his collar for dear life. He doubles over a little, his arms wrapped around his middle as he catches his breath.]
