Basically, if the animals do something magical, we don't have it in the exact same way. We've got dogs like Lobanja, only they don't have all the adornments and they don't breathe fire, cats like Altena that aren't really anything special, that sort of stuff. If we're gonna fight mounted, we do it on horses, but our warfare nowadays is done with armored vehicles and planes and stuff as a mount, and our weapons are usually pretty advanced guns or explosives.
