Week 25.
WEEK 25 This is approximately the third week of mountain-based hell that you've been dealing with; fortunately, however, the terrain seems to change a little that you're higher up. The paths here seem deliberate rather than natural - the walk is far easier, and there are infinitely less ledges to climb up - and perhaps as a point of interest, the walls appear covered in elaborate carvings, depicting things that are likely related to the creation of the universe in some way. Triangular shapes seem to be a recurring theme, and there are a few Pokémon that you may recognize here and there - crude representation of what appear to be the Lake Guardians, as well as Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, are present; it's difficult to tell how recent they are, but they don't seem to have suffered too much wear. Granted, what with how malleable time has proven to be around here, that doesn't necessarily mean much. That said, it seems that your journey may be coming to an end soon; Sunday will reveal that once again, you've recovered something that once was lost, and as always, the world continues to change around you. Even so, you may want to take time to recover yourselves and prepare for the hardships ahead - and a few days into your journey, there may be further signs that you're not as alone here as you thought you were... POKEMON AVAILABLE: CAVES SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week twenty-five of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend.] |

[absolute children]
People who enjoy hiking are the devil, Emmeryn. [Michael YOU ARE THE DEVIL] Though I'm not sure I've ever heard you say that many negative things about...anything ever. You really don't like this mountain.

[Audhulma manages to act as though this is a great, laborious undertaking, despite that Emmeryn's backpack just hovers over to her from a few feet away when Audhulma waves her hand. As Emmeryn rifles through—] One of the best men I have ever known would wake up so terribly early, every single day, just to go hiking. He collected pebbles on the way—We all have something or another. [If she's going to give Forseti a berry she has to give them to everyone, and no one waits half as patiently as he does, so now she's gotta distribute those; give her a second to get Duma to quit shoving his face at her.] I don't have anything against the mountain, truly, and I don't even much mind hiking. I do suppose I could do without being so high up, however. Here you are. [Her team pile won't let her stand so she's just kinda gotta reach over to hand Michael a couple of Pecha berries so he can see Forseti's horrifying ghost mouth in action.]

[Come on, Emm.]
Oh, thank you. [He's just gonna...how should he do this? He contemplates tossing it for a second before leaning forward to gingerly offer it instead.] Not a fan of heights?
no subject
Not at all. Ah, but we all have something. [She's quick to dismiss that with a short wave of her hand, and, leaning towards her horrible ill-mannered ghost son—] Forseti, dearest, it is a gift. It's all right; Michael is a friend.
[Forseti makes a suitably unsettling ghost sound without moving at all, but he does just kind of...slooowly extend one big ol' ghost hand...... He saw that exchange of berries but doesn't quite seem to have his head wrapped around the concept of taking things so he's just, reaching in Michael's direction? Buddy.]

[Michael leans forward to try and put the berry into Forseti's hand himself.]

[When Forseti's stomach mouth opens, he makes an even more unfortunate ghost noise than usual, but he just kinda places the berry in there to be swallowed up by the void. Despite the void taking up the space any teeth might be, his weird mouth definitely makes some munching sounds and motions??? That's fun.]

Oh, nice void! He's a bit shy, isn't he?
no subject
Oh, terribly so, but he really is just the sweetest thing. I think he simply needs some time to adapt to having so much company.

[Not quite knowing what to do about being talked about like this, Forseti copes by slowly dissipating into the air. Just, gone. Always with this nonsense.]

[Does that mean we should stop talking about him?
Nah.]
Well, he was living in these awful caves. Doesn't seem like a lively environment at the best of times.
