Week 7.
WEEK 7 After a week of nothing but snow, it's likely that the city is a welcome sight. The city proper is likewise blanketed in snow, but it's far shallower here, easily walked through; it's soft and powdery and unlikely to cause you to slip, the kind of snow small children and Pokémon might enjoy playing in if they're the sort to enjoy that kind of thing. And if they were capable of enjoying much, in the case of the children. That said, the people here are still in the mildly improved state you witnessed in Eterna; it isn't much, but it is improvement, and the world around you continues to change in other, smaller ways as well, so it isn't all for naught. The wild Pokémon here, however, seem to be experiencing something a little...different from what you've been seeing so far - specifically, the Shellos here seem a little hostile toward one another. Snowpoint City is separate from and parallel to the giant mountain you passed last week, and it's populated by both the blue and pink varieties; the different sorts...don't seem to like each other much. It isn't all-out warfare or anything, but there are definitely skirmishes and mounting tensions happening in slug culture here. Mediate if you choose, or just enjoy your time in the city. You've earned it, after last week. POKEMON AVAILABLE: WITHIN CITIES SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week seven of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget that a write-up is due this weekend!] |

Get them out of there!
[Ni obeys, gliding a bit higher from the ground and towards Kiryu, who takes a deep breath in preparation. This is not going to be fun, but hey, someone has to do it]
I'm going in!
[He's going to get so soaked, but hey, he has gone into worse and more dangerous places than a field of sea slugs. You coming too, Sena?]

[He just got out of safety, darn it, but there's no way he wouldn't go back for Monta! Sena slides off of Ni's back and lands on his feet, just in time to see Monta grab the football successfully and cheer, oblivious to how he's surrounded by warring Shellos.]

Don't stray too far!
[As if they can get lost in middle of slugs that are 30 cms tall]

Monta! Slice in, towards us!
[The monkey's ears perk up, and he squeals excitedly before darting off to follow Sena's instructions. He runs in a curving path that lets him avoid most of the Shellos' attacks, but when one comes too close for comfort, a barrage of stars manages to cut it off. Sena turns back to look from where they came from, and he sees Vee perched on Ni's back, back arched and ready to fire more.]
Thanks, Vee!
[Man, she's really starting to enjoy fighting more, it looks like...]

That's impressive.

[Sena's just used to team play, is all. Still, it's pretty clear that individually they have some kinks to work out, especially once Monta finally comes close to the rest of them.]
Jeez, Monta...why'd you run off like that, anyway?
[What, and let them steal your PRECIOUS FOOTBALL???? Monta holds it up indignantly, and he can't help but laugh a little at the motion. It's so much like his best friend back home.]
Thanks...really.

[Maybe it's not any old football]

[So...it's mostly just nostalgia.]
I didn't expect Monta to try and go for it thou-whoah!
[oh right they're talking in the middle of warring Shellos he had to just duck under a blast of water oops]
