Week 2.
WEEK 2. The new week begins with new surroundings. The city you've been growing accustomed to over the past week is now well behind you as you set out on your journey proper; the terrain still seems rocky and steep here as you move downhill and to the south, dotted here and there with small ponds to the east and rocky outcroppings that you can climb on to the west. There are also large expanses of tall grass here, and the entire route is flanked with tall trees leading off into the forest a short ways. You're more than welcome to explore; just don't stray too far from the group - you wouldn't want to be left behind out here, for any reason. Wild Pokémon are abundant here, as anyone venturing into the tall grass will discover; they aren't inclined to attack you, however, simply watching with dull, dead eyes as you stumble through the area they've come to call home. The trip is difficult, and it's a lot of walking, but it's not unmanageable; fortunately enough, the route you're on should lead you directly to Valor Lakefront, assuming there are no complications along the way. From Thursday and beyond, the route takes a sharp turn west; in front of you lies what's clearly the ocean, large rocks jutting out just offshore tempering the waves. It's safe to go in the water if you so choose - assuming you can swim, that is - and the forested terrain has given way to a large beach with patches of tall grass here and there. Interestingly, there's a house located on the beach; whether it's inhabited or not is difficult to tell. Of course, exploring slightly north of the beach will reveal a path. Maybe it leads somewhere important... POKEMON AVAILABLE: NEAR WATER SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week two of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget that a write-up is due next weekend!] |

Dog?
Either way, she holds it steady to allow Sena the time to work out the potion and how to work it!! ]
Simply work out that potion.
no subject
Uh, right...
[He turns it over and over in his hands, trying to figure it out.]
It...kinda looks like a spray bottle...maybe if I? [He squeezes the nozzle, and surprises himself with the sudden spray of medicine that comes out all over his hands.] Woah!
no subject
[ At least this fox-dog,wahtever isn't... struggling. She gasps a little at the spray! ]
no subject
It, uh...it seems simple enough...
[He carefully sprays a little more potion on the leg now that he's actually got it figured out.]
no subject
Oh, it's somewhat chilly!
no subject
Uh, yeah, I shoulda warned for that...your fingers might feel a little sticky, too...
[His hands sure do, anyway.
The little creature's leg does seem to be getting better, though. The foot is twitching.]

Um...now what do I do...? I don't need to keep spraying this, do I?

[He spritzes the wound a few more times. This is kinda hard to do when the Pokemon isn't telling him whether it's hurting or not...]
I guess we wrap it up after this?
no subject
[ She nods and ... then looks to see if Sena's okay with it / realizes what she's doing, and she's going to gently set the Eevee back down to stand on its own four legs. ]

It wobbles unsteadily, then limps a few steps. It seems manageable...but the fox keeps trying to lick its wounds, which. No. Don't do that.]
H...hey!
no subject
That said, she blinks and,
Oh, it does still seem weak on its feet..

[He starts digging in his bag for said can.]
Don't Pokemon like those weird...berries? I think they're berries?
[Some of them don't look like berries to him.]
no subject
[ . . . Based on her examining their insides. But yes! She nods. The oran berries pretty much everyone seems okay with, the others are a little bit more specific to type. ]
no subject
[But hey. Maybe he can find something like an Oran or a Sitrus berry after taking out that can of food. The pellets seem quite unappetizing after discussing the colorful fruits, but holding one out to the little fox results in it being eaten.]
...Haha, seems like it'll eat it, at least...
no subject
[ . . . But she resists the urge to explain it's to do with seed structures and instead just sort of watches this play out ]
no subject
W-well, here, have some more, then...
[He holds out a small handfull of pellets, and the Eevee doesn't hesitate to chow down now that it knows what they taste like.]
no subject
[ Interesting, actually. She tilts her head, and takes the Sheikah slate from her hip. The tablet thing comes in hand, as she makes to uh... take a picture. ]
no subject
[He doesn't notice her taking out the tablet...thing, instead looking on at the little fox.]
I guess hunting for food's hard, huh?
no subject
Click! Photo taken. ]
It is often wise to avoid doing so. After all, it can lead to complications for both yourself and the animal in question. ... But I do understand the compulsion.
no subject
[Yes. That's exactly what Zelda said. He looks up at her, blinking at the strange tablet-like item. What's that?]
Here's hoping that I don't end up causing problems with this...
[Well. It does start following you.]
no subject
[ So.
It's probably okay! ]
