No, she leaves them alive. She actually can't consume that much, it's only about a unit. So you don't get death, just several very, very long moments of terror while you give a really unwilling blood donation to something the size of a grown person.

Oh, that. No, it's a happiness thing. One of those things that's based on how close you are to them.

I'm okay with her the way she is. Master Cyrus has an evolved one, though.

Yeah, my Haunter isn't keen on evolving either. I'm not sure if it's the evolution itself that bothers her, or the trading part. I've heard that some Pokemon aren't fond of that.

Sometimes they just don't want to, I guess. It took Bronzor forever to decide it wanted to evolve.

Oh, yeah? That one's a pretty big change, I guess. My Purrloin was the first Pokemon to evolve in our group, and she basically just got bigger. Didn't really prep us for how weird it could get.

[Though as far as physical changes go:]

I remember being kinda excited when I got this human body. It's a downgrade for us, and a lot of it is gross, but I dunno. [He grins.] It was just so new and interesting!

Oh - oh, the cosplayers. We've got those, they used to dress up like Charizards and Rhydons and stuff back before everything changed.

I can understand Charizard, Charizard is cool. It's a dragon that's on fire all the time. You could put some pyrotechnics in there.

That's mostly it, really - they're mostly guys that like to dress up like dragons and things. I don't really give them too much attention, they're weird.

...You've got me picturing them wearing this stuff to bed with someone now, though, and I'm not sure how much I like that.

If it makes you feel better, chances are that the other person would be in a different Pokemon costume. A Dragonite, maybe.
