Week 3.
WEEK 3 The past weekend has given people a lot to take in, and a lot to think about. You're permitted to stay at the resort all day on Sunday, should you so choose; relax and replenish yourselves with regards to sleep at least, seeing as it's much more comfortable than the routes or sleeping on the floor of the Pokémon Center. Commander Saturn is gone as of last night, and no one seems to be coming after you - though there is likely something you'll be aware of by the end of the day... Whatever happens, it's evident that you'll have to leave this place eventually, and Monday should find everyone back on Route 213. It's been repeatedly recommended to move toward Pastoria City; whether you believe the source of said urging to be trustworthy or not, it's still a good idea to move in that direction - a city means supplies, after all, a place to restock and spend a few days. Everyone should be able to find Pastoria City by Tuesday afternoon; it's another unfamiliar place, with various things to see and look at over the course of the next few days. It's far smaller than Veilstone, but it borders up to the ocean by way of a small jetty on the southeastern side of town with a few boats moored to it. Otherwise, it's surrounded by forest, and the main path winds its way lazily through town, weaving between personal residences and a few places of business. Of course, it's still not nearly as lively as it should be; the inhabitants here all seem as devoid of spirit as everywhere else; fortunately, a select few of your companions do seem to be perking up a bit - perhaps that's a good sign, in the end. POKEMON AVAILABLE: IN CITIES / NEAR WATER SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week three of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget that a write-up is due this weekend!] |

[ Okay, sweet. You know what, she'll make you guys dinner, that cool? How many she cooking for here? What's she got on hand. ]

Withdrawn. He didn't seem to like the other children much. He preferred to be alone most of the time.

[ That's probably not surprising... ]
Does he still have family in town?
[ Hmmm!
... Let's make some simple biscuits, then! She can do that, and then serve that along with... well, no, if they have mushrooms that would be better, but she can come up with a nice salad. But they should have a heartier thing, especially for a younger kid... hmm. ]

[So much watching what you're doing here.]

[ It's... I mean, it's sort of a lie? But it's close enough. Anyway, let's ... yeah we'll look for mushrooms and/or fish but otherwise, flour and eggs and butter and such, let's biscuits.
... This stove is intimidating. She isn't sure she gets it, but. It seems you can set how intense the flames will be? ]

Did something happen to him?
[It's not true curiosity so much as a blank question; the sort of thing that one asks in response to something like that.]

[ Okay sweet, then we're officially making a mushroom based dish in addition to the biscuits and then some tossed mushrooms with chives and some sauce and spices. That seems legit. ]
no subject
[I mean, that seems to sound legit enough.]

[ A nod an a smile. ]

{Assuming you still want to see them and all.]

[ . . . An idea hits her ]
Ah, and do you have any family Pokemon? It would be good to know if I'm cooking for three or for more.

[The woman doesn't seem to be reacting too much to any of this, it's a lot of blankness still, but eventually- ]
It's thoughtful of you to ask.

[ ... Interesting. That she adds that at the end.
After all, while she did put Miphanus in the ball (for once) on this mission so as to not surprise anyone, she does still have both of hers on hand. She nods and, ] Do they have a ... specific food need? Should I just make more here or do something different entirely.

... Damn this oven keeps consistently hot. And this stove is - the whole thing is amazing, even if she saw a better one at the hotel when she was helping Ignis or spying on others.
... Honestly, she seems pleased with the work, though remains attentive to the others watching if they ... you know, keep it up. ]

She'll sometimes smile at them and wonder where the family Pokemon are but this'll be done quick enough!! ]
