Week 4.
WEEK 4 Backtracking may not seem like an ideal situation, especially not given the situation on Sunday morning, but it isn't without reason or merit; after all, Lake Valor is within a reasonable distance, and perhaps more importantly, there's reason to believe that something may be there. Whether it's one of the Guardians you seek or something else entirely has yet to be seen; there's only one way to know for sure, however. So back onto Route 213 it is; you should reach Route 214 by Tuesday afternoon, and the entrance to Lake Valor by Thursday night; you may want to wait to explore the lakefront proper during the morning, however. Who knows what you may run into... You've seen at least some reasons to not give up hope as you left Pastoria; for the time being, let that hope give you strength. POKEMON AVAILABLE: PLAINS/FOREST / MOUNTAINS/ELEVATED AREAS SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY [OOC: Welcome to week four of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget that a write-up is due next weekend!] |

...
It's a philosophical stretch, but you know how it is.

[ Well, Valor, technically, but. ]

[it's kind of a joke, but you kind of have to wonder....]

Oh that's a question. She takes a picture of the Psyduck again, but. ]
Oh, that is a good question. I would think the back is psychic, perhaps? It seemed more aware...

... I've not seen too many fire types other than Ponyta...? Oh, and the one with Sena.

...
But like I said, it's not a hard and fast rule. Psyduck isn't blue at all...

[ Finneon, Velasquez himself, Remoraid...
Oh wait, not Goldeen. ]

[ CURIOUSER... ]

[He flips to a blank page in his notebook and does a very quick (but accurate) sketch of an Emperor Penguin.]
They're flightless birds that... hm. I'd say they're basically in a similar ecological niche as seals in that they're kind of awkward on land, but they're very good swimmers. They tend to live in Antarctic regions, so if you've never been somewhere similar to the far southern coasts of my world, you probably wouldn't have seen them.

Oh, how fascinating! Hyrule's frigid regions tend to have a lot of larger mammal creatures more than birds, but I suppose none of them are near the ocean...

... I do not know how to answer the question, to be honest. The ancient Sheikah devised the ability for instant transportation [ teleporting ] but for a narrowly specific purpose. To travel through the lands themselves, most would use horses.
[ Well, not gorons or rito, but. ]

[ That said, she looks intently as if to ask why he had asked about transportation in the first place. ]

[ . . . You know this might be the only time she's specified here. ]

That's older than most of recorded human civilization in my world... well, no wonder you don't know much about it.

A time before you were human...? [ She tilts her head ] What an idea...
