Week 6.
WEEK 6 One thing is going to be made abundantly clear this week: the routes you're traveling are cold. Through Monday night, you'll likely find it best to skirt around the foot of that massive mountain that lies immediately to the east of Eterna City; it looks treacherous, and while some of you may be up to the trip, it's probably best to not waste your energy before you get anywhere near Lake Acuity. The journey is going to be a long one before you get there, but the first few days will see you making good time, actually. Between that and the noticeable changes to the world, maybe it won't be so bad...? ...Or not. Tuesday morning and beyond is where the hell sets in for those of you that aren't used to or don't like the cold. The routes are full of perpetual snowfall; it isn't heavy, given the time of year, but the fact of the matter is that it's still coming down, and the snow is piled up directly on the route clear up to the average person's waist. It makes traveling slow going, though if you have a fire-type it might be feasible to clear a bit more of a path - be careful with that, though, because all the runoff has to go somewhere, and it's possible that you'll just make the path icy in the end. Either way, it's cold, due to the snowfall you're going to be wet, and traveling is going to be very, very slow; here's hoping whatever's at that lake is worth it, in the end. ...Wherever the lake may actually happen to lie; no matter where you look on the way to Snowpoint City, you won't find an entrance to it... POKEMON AVAILABLE: MOUNTAINS/ELEVATED AREAS / SNOWY TERRAIN SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week six of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend.] |

[He seems to be holding up for now, mostly.]
I don't want people getting sick. That's not really something I need to worry about.

My apologies if I caused any worry. I will be fine.
[But all this bundled-up sneezing is doing her no favors and she is in no shape to contest offered help. A light tch from her gets Duma to extinguish the flame so Emmeryn can draw him and her Nidoran close to her, wrapping all three of them up in the blanket. Mostly her Pokémon just allow it to happen, though Duma makes an active effort to make himself comfortable. Emmeryn's expression, though, has gone so warm and soft; small of a gesture as it might be, she's genuinely really touched?]
I truly am grateful. Thank you.

[Duma makes a little squawking noise of annoyance in response.]
But then, if Ylisse ever snows, it never lasts long enough to get so high, so I cannot fault him too deeply for not knowing what to expect.

This is a lot better than the last time I was up in the mountains, at least. So I guees I shouldn't complain too much.

Oh, dear. That bad, was it?
