Week 9.
WEEK 9 The one thing Team Galactic seems to have done right in this world is perfecting teleportation technology. The device Maylene gave Rey will get all of you back to Eterna City easily; from there, it's a matter of very briefly stocking up on supplies on Sunday before you move westward, away from the massive, imposing form of Mount Coronet and into the deep shadows of Eterna Forest. During your brief stay in Eterna City, it's likely that you'll notice a few things have changed, as far as both the people and the Pokémon go; this holds true as you make your preparations and disappear into the forest on Monday. It's heartening, maybe, to know that once again your actions seem to have made a difference; meanwhile, the trip to Lake Verity looks to be a long one, but it isn't entirely insurmountable. The forest itself is large and dark, covered high overhead with a thick canopy of trees; the Pokémon here are plentiful, which likely cuts down on any inherent creepiness to the place - whether that's a good or a bad thing depends entirely on your point of view. Either way, it's going to be quite the adventure trying to make your way through; here's hoping that your luck continues to hold over the coming week... POKEMON AVAILABLE: PLAINS/FOREST SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY [OOC: Welcome to week nine of Azume; feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget that a write-up is due this weekend!] |

[...oh lord. Ohhhh lord, this is bad and now Burmy is feeling threatened again. And you know what that means!
TIME TO RUN AWAAAAAAAAAAY--]
Ah--get back here! Don't you go running off again like that!
[WAIT, WHY IS DUMA CHARGING, SHE IS. LOST? VERY LOST. Uh--]
...Emmeryn, I will be right back--they didn't take anything from you, did they?

[Said dragonsaur just ends up headbutting the air beside Emmeryn and falling flat onto his face with a sad little squawk, just by the place Emmeryn's little cross-stitch was. She shuffles through the nearest blanket, quickly, but—]
Oh, dear. I—had a cross-stitched project here, I may have simply misplaced it, but... [She's a little alarmed, actually? More so when Duma, still full of righteous fury, picks himself up and runs off after our dear garbage friend.]
Duma, no!
[gently picks Latona and then her Ralts up and sets them beside her so that she can joIN CAMILLA ON THE CHASE SHE GUESSES!!!]

Thankfully, the little Burmy eventually...tires out...it's probably gonna be a race to see who gets to the little garbage friend first, but Camilla's going to likely stop just before barreling into the garbage friend? Jesus--]
Darling, let me see what you have. If you took something from Emmeryn, you're giving it back at once.
[There's a squeak coming from the Burmy, who holds the little cross stitch tighter--all it depends on now is who enters stage left first.]

the unfortunate fact of the matter is that Emmeryn doesn't ever have any reason to run anywhere, have you met her ever at all, does she look like the kind of lady who runs places??? this means she is easily outrun by one furious little dragonsaur, whose squawks roughly translate to give it back give it back GIVE IT BACK!! to those garbage friends who can understand it.
Duma isn't the one who reaches this fucking shitshow first, though—Ralts is. As it turns out, those fuckers can teleport?
So the scene becomes: Ralts, magically appearing into existence at the Burmy's side, looking as deeply judgmental as ever. Duma, charging on ahead from the other side, stopping himself from going full headbutt half due to shock, half due to Emmeryn's distant admonishing. ...Emmeryn, trying to catch up behind Duma, overestimating her own ability to run and breathe at the same time.
DEEP BREATH!!] No headbutting. [wh-wheeeeeze, please give her a minute,]
