Week 10.

WEEK 10 You've found a few new friends this past week, and along with them, a new town to explore. Granted, there doesn't seem to be much, particularly when compared to the cities you started out in; at the same time, the air is fresh with the scent of flowers and honey wafting on the breeze. Along with the usual Pokémon that can be found in populated areas, it seems that several Combees have made their home here - they can be found drifting along idly, seeming no more capable of true emotion than anyone or anything else, but perhaps they're trying their best. It's a little difficult to say; they are still bees, after all. That said, the world continues to change around you, bit by bit; you still have a long way to go before you've saved everyone, but for the time being you should probably recharge, and take some time to sort through what should happen next. Talking to the locals may net you the information that there's something odd about the meadow north of town; perhaps a few of you should go to check it out... Do you want to hear about the time I brought my human friends safely through the center of Hell itself?

[He's fully aware that this is dangerous, but also Michael's world sounds hella interesting, so here we go!!]

Absolutely. What's the center of Hell like?

[Great! Michael leans forward to launch into storytime.]

Well, whatever you're thinking, it's probably not that. No torture actually happens in the center of Hell itself, that’s all in the surrounding pocket dimensions. It’s more like a vast hub of demonic activity. People pass through traveling between assignments, you meet up there for parties or whatever, lots of office space...I guess it's sort of home.

[Hm. Never said anything quite like that out loud.]

For some people, at least.

Anyway, it’s basically the worst place you could bring a human. There's no legitimate reason for them to be there that you could hide behind, just a bunch of demons who tear people apart for fun. But by this point, we were all about a day away from my boss finding out I'd defected, which would've been the end for all of us. So we decided to try something fantastically stupid - get through Hell, pass through the portal there to the chambers of the eternal Judge, and hope she'd let us present our case despite all of this being incredibly illegal in the first place.

[He grins excitedly.] It's a very human-y thing to do, I think I really like that about you guys. You're so willing to go out with your friends in, just as much flaming wreckage as you can possibly form!
