Week 13.
WEEK 13 The trip to Celestic Town is an unconventional one, though it's infinitely faster than walking and doesn't leave everyone feeling woozy in the same way that teleportation does. The town itself is a small one, though it's scenic, and there's a sort of beauty to it that's very rustic in nature; it's surrounded on both sides by mountainous routes that you're welcome to go on to both the west and the east, though it wouldn't be recommended that you venture too far out, seeing as they can be on the dangerous side for those who are unfamiliar with them. It seems Cynthia was right about one thing - there was certainly an incident at Lake Verity that went off almost as soon as you left, another of those deep pulses echoing through the surrounding area; it seems that whatever Mesprit did can be felt by the region as a whole, given that Celestic Town and the surrounding areas seem to have been affected as well despite being so far east of the lake. Cynthia herself can be found throughout the town for the duration, should anyone want to speak to her. Sometimes when left to her own devices, she can be seen in the company of a little girl who looks very similar to herself; sometimes she's with a pair of people much older. Either way, the family resemblance is strong. Lucas is here as well; he's still willing to speak to anyone that wants to, though he seems a bit subdued. Either way, it's been a long, harrowing trip so far; hopefully spending some time here will help to rejuvenate you. [ The blond's kind of gone quiet at that, replaying some of the things that were said. He kind of wished he had known what to say then, because it was obvious what Camilla had gone through was rather tough. Still, maybe he could bring it away from a topic that was kind of ... negative into something positive. ]
Mhm, plus they're really nice once you get to know them, right?
[ There wasn't much in terms of 'gods' back at his home, but it did come up briefly when he went to the Coliseum, that's for sure. ]

Gods they may be, they have incredible understanding of humanity as a whole, and they're all so different...it makes them people, in their own ways. It's a wonderful change of pace.

There's really been some things I've gotten to experience here that I don't think I ever would have back home, even though there was a lot of I could do there too.
[ Though when he says 'home', he means including the other worlds he's been to, because this is just a unique one on its own, it seems. ]

[ The blond thinks about what he'll do after everything is set and done...he'll definitely make sure to take time to see how things are. But, after that...
He has friends back home waiting for him. ]
I don't think I'll ever forget the people I met on this journey -- or what happened here. There's been some hard times, but there's been a lot of good ones too. I'm sure you feel the same.

[Camilla says that much confidently, smiling evenly.]
Really, I quite enjoy everyone's company here, and should we all party ways, I'll miss you all terribly. But this world itself, it's so much more wonderful than I would have imagined, even in such a state. I'm truly thinking about bringing my dear siblings here, once our work is done, to see if they feel the same...

[ Even with this place like it is--the blond's sure it's not going to last forever. It can't, with the progress they're making. ]
... I'm going to miss you guys too when this is all over, because I kind of plan on returning home. But, I think if your siblings want to come along here to check it out, I'm sure they'll have a lot of fun.
[ ...He's torn between kind of just wondering if they can finish up what's going on in his world with his friends, and then just bring them back here. But that might be too much trouble.

Camilla's smile goes just a little bit softer when he says that much, and her hand moves to pat him on the head a bit if he'll let her. It's meant to be a more comforting gesture than anything.]
Even if it's only for a time...I'm sure you all could think of many things to do, in order to have fun. I certainly hope that's the case, at least--all work and no play does make life a little duller, after all.
[It'd just be nice.]
I do hope you take care of yourself, however. Whether we meet again or not, I will happily be hoping that you're safe and sound--along with your friends.

I'm definitely going to do all the fun things before I go!
[ Just you watch Camilla, he'll be having the time of his life. Deep down, though, it makes feel even sadder about leaving. He made so many friends here...well, maybe he'll figure out something when the time comes. ]
Maybe we will meet again. Or I just really hope we do too.
I'll take care of myself well--and my friends will as well, I'm sure of it!
