Week 14.

WEEK 14 Sunday is a rough day all around; it's for the best that you remain where you are for the day, for the sake of regrouping and recovering, and perhaps getting some sleep - assuming that any will come. However, as difficult though it may be (and as futile though it may seem) Monday is likely best seen as a day to depart - a day to start to take whatever actions can still be taken, and to assess where to go from here. A good place to start is Canalave City; it's where you were going to meet with Cynthia, and where you were planning on looking into the legends of Sinnoh. The city itself is beautiful, a massive port town split down the center by a large canal system filled with boats and clear water leading out to sea; however, the recent changes to the world have affected this place as well, perhaps making it a bit difficult to enjoy the city in its entirety. However, the library is here, as are several other points of interest; as difficult though it may be to see the world like this, the trip here will hopefully be worth your while in the end... Alright. Natto, use Acid Spray!

[...oh Urbin I'm so sorry but this is going to be unpleasant literally right off the bat.]

[ Yes. Yes it is. And the Graveler blanches as it gets hit in face with the acid, and it's first reaction is - ... That didn't corrode the key chain it has on its bracelet, right? Ow? That hurt also, and it's Special Defense is down...

That said, Zelda- ]

Urbin, let's focus! Rock Throw!

[ And it...

Okay fine. He collects a "rock" made out of some of the Iron Sand hairs that it has and it makes to chuck that rock at Natto, intending to just baseball pitch it at the skunk. (and being Iron Sand it'll harmlessly filter back to his magnetic points after that balled up impact ]

[Oh thank god that wasn't just a rock ass rock being thrown at her. She's not quite fast enough to dodge it, meaning that it explodes as it hits her and causes her to stagger back, shaking herself as the fragments splinter off.

Atsushi decides to give her a better chance of getting out of the way next time, calling out-]

Smokescreen!

[This time, she exhales a huge amount of thick, dark smoke that clouds the field, making it near impossible to see either Pokemon through it, much less each other.]

[ Frustrating! But okay, Zelda calls out, trying to think... perhaps this will light things up, or maybe make it blow? Either way, ]

Charge up Urbin!

[ And the Graveler punches his fists together to generate electricity. Generating it to prep for his next move! ]

[The crackling of electricity creates a strange affect among the smoke, causing it to pop and flash like a very dark, black thunderstorm. It does, however, give Natto the advantage of being able to see where Urbin is from the distance. Meanwhile she blends in pretty well.

Atsushi worries his bottom lip for a moment as he thinks on what to tell her to do next, running through the moves she knows in his head.]

...Focus Energy. If you can land a critical we'll be in better shape.

[ Zelda seems to frown a little because she had hoped it might cause the smoke to explode entirely. That was probably too much to hope, right...? Oh well. It's a good test to see what effect it has, and with Urbin charged up... ]

Let's ready a punch!

[ And so Urbin concentrates the electricity on one of his four fists. It seems that we're doing a one shit show down here. ]
